« Overall, the living areas are clean. There is a beautiful floral scent throughout the house, and the lighting is adequate even at night. The ambiance of 125 year-old creaking stairs and wood adds to the house’s charm. The staff are very attentive and pleasant, and their breakfasts were delicious. Daily happy hour is appreciated, and offers a chance to meet others staying at the residence. Our room was stuffy when we returned at night after a day exploring, but it did have an oscillating fan...

« Hotel au delà de mes attentes. Il est tout neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La petite piscine est un plus ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Le petit-déjeuner continental est suffisant. Les lits sont tres confortables. Certains balcons vue sur mer.a 100m de la mer et 200m de la fete foraine. Rien a dire »

« Ma compagne et moi avions réservé cet hôtel en bord de plage à Galveston, j’avais laissé un petit mot pour que l’on puisse avoir une chambre face mer si possible. Lors du check in, nous avions simplement l’impression d’embêter (pour rester polis) l’employé qui essayait de suivre son match à la télé ! Je lui ait demandé gentillement si nous pouvions avoir la chambre avec vue mer et il m’a simplement dit « non » avec une excuse du genre « c’est complet » alors que l’hôtel n’était absolument pas...

« Hôtel très bien placé, suite spacieuse, avec cuisine et salon. Literie confortable. Très propre, correspond aux standards français. Parking payant, hotel face à la plage. Baignoire et WC séparés de l'espace lavabo, mais il pourrait y avoir un rideau pour séparer le lavabo de la chambre pour plus d'intimité. Petit déjeuner varié, salé, sucré. »

« The room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. Our hostess, Joellen, was friendly and courteous. She makes a mean waffle! Since we were the only guests that evening, we had a lovely conversation with her. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Galveston. »

« If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping! »

« incroyablement sales, limite insalubre, le plafond tombe en miette, la moisissures est presente sur les prise, les portes... le fond de la baignoire est sale de tache mareon, et le pire... à notre arrivée les toilettes étaient Bouchés, des excréments frottés. la solution apportées par l hotesse d accueil: " annuler ma réservation et me rembourser". mais bon a 21h30 apres 5h de routes ... j ai donc du deboucher le toilettes moi même a fuirrrrr »

« It was unsanitary, visable stains on the bed sheets and pillow, hasnt been properly cleaned who knows how long. There are visable damage on the ceilings and walls. Terrible cover up with paint and masking tape to cover up potential water damage and visable water damage on one of the doors »
