Sea Vista, located in the quiet upmarket suburb of La Lucia, is a newly renovated flat that enjoys spectacular sea views.

Both Umhlanga to the North and Durban to the South are less than 10 minutes drive. Both have amazing promenades, shops, restaurants and beaches.

The flat is attached to the house with a separate entrance and secure parking for 2 cars. It is large and open plan, with enough space for two separate sleeping areas, a kitchenette , lounge, dining room, work area and a separate bathroom.
