« The breakfast ended at 10am and when we went downstairs at 9:40am, there was nothing left but cold items and waffles. We had to speak with several staff members to get someone to make more food for us and other guests who came down well before the end of breakfast hours. »

« I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. »
