« No hot water and the bathroom door would not shut. The staffs response was you should let the water run for fifteen minutes. »

« To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues »

« Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. « My stay at the Courtyard was exceptional due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the beautifully and elegantly decorated room, and the overall attention to details that I experienced. »

« We were tired traveling so sleep was the only goal with a shower. Floors were very dirty walked from shower to bed and wiped my feet on a white towel which came up muddy dirty. Shower pressure was fantastic for my long hair. Wasn't looking for the Ritz but was better than motel sketchy. »

« Super great staff. Very helpful. The room was very clean, but shows wear. This is an older building. Easy parking. Very safe. Breakfast was very carb oriented. Cereal, toast, muffin, pancakes. No protein. No alternative milk product - like oat or almond milk. Great coffee. The price was right for a stopover on the way home. »

« This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again! »
