Sazava River Cottage with boating experience

A cottage with a fenced garden directly on the bank of the River Sazava, in Central Bohemia, approximately 47 km from Prague gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live like a local in nature as well as to make trips to the well known Czech capital city full of the architectural beauty and cultural experience.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.The house is a perfect place to relax with available internet access.
You will have access to a garden with a fireplace, a paddleboard, and a boat for sailing along the river.

There is an atticbedroom with 4 single beds, an electric heater and a balcony with a beautiful view of the river.
The living room situated on the ground floor has 2 double bed unfordable sofas,an electric heater, and a fridge.
The roofed outdoor kitchen has kitchen cupboards, a sink, a hob, a kettle, a microwave, basic utensils, and a sitting area.  
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 1 pm and check-out is till 10 am.- Pets are welcome with an agreement
- Smoking is allowed.
- Parking is available in the meadow approximately 150 m away, or directly above the cottage (steeper but passable slope)
- Boat use for an extra charge
