It is a large open space with direct access through the huge bi-fold windows to a lovely terrace - fold the windows back on sunny days and bring the garden right into the house. There's a dining table for six and a kitchen island with stools for less formal occasions. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream, with two ovens, a large hob, a wine fridge, a dishwasher and plenty of fridge and freezer space. There's also a utility room beyond, with a washing machine and tumble dryer and outside access.

Beyond the kitchen is a lovely sitting room with a huge L-shaped sofa. Sit back, relax in front of the TV, or look out through the patio doors to the views beyond. The composite decked terrace outside spans the width of the house and has sunbathing areas with loungers. The dining area with garden furniture has a glass balustrade which provides shelter on windier days. Steps lead from the terrace down to a lawned area and a further garden area beyond, with a summer house and greenhouse, with views of the surrounding rolling countryside and woods.
