Set just a five-minute walk from the beach, Sea Ranch is a three-bedroom, two-bath home offering an easygoing coastal stay with comfortable indoor spaces and a relaxed outdoor setting. The house includes a screened-in porch, a spacious yard, a fire pit, and a hammock, ideal for unhurried mornings and quiet evenings. Shops, restaurants, and local nightlife are all within walking distance.

Inside, the living area features beach-inspired décor, cozy seating, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and includes a breakfast bar with seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats up to six and overlooks the porch and backyard. A dedicated laundry room just off the kitchen includes a washer and dryer, as well as space for folding and garment care.

The screened-in porch is accessed from the dining area and offers a comfortable spot to enjoy meals or downtime outdoors. A dining table for four makes it well-suited for morning coffee or casual evenings.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a TV, and views of the front lawn. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an armoire for storage. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the two guest rooms.

Perfect cottage for exploring Tybee Island

The house was just as described. Very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and perfect for our group of 3 ladies.We enjoyed walking to the beach, Tybee Lighthouse, Fort Screven, Tybee Post theatre and The Deck Beach bar during our stay.Savannah and Fort Pulaski are a short drive away and definitely worth a visit.

Spring Break

This was our first trip to Tybee Island and we could not have been more pleased with this home, its location or the island experience. The home easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 teens. It was very clean and welcoming. The quiet neighborhood, screened porch and private back yard were highlights. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a large frying pan. If you go to the island, be sure to rent bikes.

Tybee trip

The house appeared to have been recently updated. Decorations were cute. Kitchen was adequate, as was the laundry facility. Living room furniture and beds need to be replaced. Safety issues: throw rugs are a tripping hazard. Master bath tub is VERY slippery. It's a deep tub, no grab bars. We bought a suction cup mat because we both almost fell. Would hesitate to rent it again because of this. We are in our 70's.

Relaxing Getaway

I took my daughters to Tybee Island, ages 8 and 10 and we all LOVED this house. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the games that were provided. I can't tell you how many times we played Bingo 😁 We chose to drive to public parking area for the beach and was only 5 minutes away. The house is close to places to eat and stores. My girls didn't want to leave, the house was so comfortable and felt like home. We would love to come back!!

Great Week at the Beach in the Cottage

Excellent rental! Home away from home for the week. Loved the comfort, the screened porch, the closeness to the beach, and of course the 4th of July fireworks on the beach without the hassle of traffic to leave, just a short walk back to the cottage!

Fantastic Tybee Visit

Our family has been spending summer on Tybee for years and we loved this house. The location was fantastic, quiet but within easy walking or biking distance of great beach access, shops, and restaurants. The house itself was charming, spacious, and clean. All sorts of little thoughtful details throughout the house made our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

First-time visit to Tybee Island

My husband and I plus our two adult children enjoyed this very comfortable, well-equipped rental just a short walking distance from the beach. There is a pleasant screened-in back porch to extend the living options. All the highlights of Tybee Island (lighthouse, museums, piers, dining, shopping, and beaches) are accessible from this cottage by foot or bicycle. Lovely historic downtown Savannah is a 25-minute car ride and very much worth your time. The home is in a quiet friendly neighborhood, has pretty decor, and comfortable furnishings in all rooms. We hope to return.

Perfect cottage home

We absolutely loved our stay in Tybee at this adorable home. The location is perfect for all the things; the home was clean, beds super comfy, and all the necessary amenities available. We loved the back yard (hammock, tree swing, and fire pit), the screened in porch for morning coffee drinking, and games for evenings. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation and we adored this home! We were sad to leave!

Very clean and great location

The house is very clean and a short 5 min of less!) walk to a gorgeous beach. So easy to enjoy the ocean! Our only complaint is that we were counting on using the grill but it was not functional, and we could not use the oven due to an electrical issue for 2 days. The upside was that the management company was incredibly responsive and kindly dropped off a small grill and other supplies which was perfect! Overall a great place to stay!!

Summer Vacation

The house is really cute and very clean. The screened in porch is nice to sit in to stay away from bugs. The walk to the beach is not to far, and the wagon provided was very helpful. The only thing was whoever used it last left all their trash in there which was disgusting to clean out. The house isn't on the busy side so it's peaceful. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us in the house. I would stay here again for sure.

First time on Tybee

We stayed a full week at the Sea Ranch. We had a great stay and the house was clean, well decorated and inviting. It was a short walk to the beach and close to most things. We rented bikes for most of our trip and found that it was easy to navigate the island with the bikes. We had a great stay.

Wow!! Wow!! Wowww!!

We stay at Tybee, or Hilton Head several times per year, and have had some great and horrible experiences. THIS home was OUTSTANDING... I have nothing but positive things to say about the property. It was clean, neat, comfortable. Had a short walk to the beach and was very close to a few restaurants we love. My wife and I, my mother, and my 3 kids, 3, 8, 13, all slept comfortably and the place was very neat and tidy. We will definitely be saving the property for a future booking. Also want to mention that the host was very helpful and accommodating, as I had to move the trip by 1 day. We had a great time! Thanks for having us!

Amazing property

Birthday trip to Tybee and everything was amazing!! The house is adorable, and we spent most of our time in the awesome backyard. Location was also good. My friends and I couldn't stop talking about how amazing the house was. We will be back!

The property was even nicer than the pictures. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only issue was that we didn't have the code to get in the house at check-in so we had to wait outside for a while until the rental company figured it out.
