With 4 bedrooms (including 2 king beds), The Big Tybreezy sleeps up to 10 guests in privacy and style. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fan and plenty of storage space.

Our open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for gathering for a great time with family and friends. The kitchen's dedicated filtered ice machine makes sure drinks are always refreshing and coolers are always cool. The space flows seamlessly onto a screened, covered wrap-around deck, ideal for sipping your evening cocktail while enjoying the sea breeze.

Keep the fun rolling after a beautiful day at the beach in the Tybreezy Arcade Club! Dive into the curated arcade collection including unlimited access to thousands of arcade games and 2 amazing pinball machines. (Can you say Baywatch?) Perfect for a little friendly competition while having a beer or let the kids have a blast while you relax upstairs. Not in a gaming mood? Enjoy a movie or your favorite sports on the incredible home theater setup with a massive screen and super high quality sound.

Just outside the Arcade Club, you'll find our sprawling covered patio. Chat the evening away around our awesome outdoor wood-burning fireplace, cook up some BBQ on the propane grill, or play a few rounds of ping pong, foosball or cornhole.

With three full bathrooms, two additional private shower rooms and an outdoor shower, there's no need to wait for your turn to freshen up after a day at the beach. A ten-minute walk south takes you to the bustling pier area, passing local favorites like Stingray's, Mi Vida, and the Breakfast Club along the way. Head north on Butler Avenue for a scenic stroll to The Deck or bike to the Sugar Shack for some incredible ice cream. AJ's Dockside Restaurant is just across the narrow island on the back river side, and the entirety of North Beach is easily accessible by our provided bikes or a rental golf cart.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
