This property is practically on the water. In fact, it takes only a few minutes to walk from Unit #4 and into the white sand. There's no need to drive to the beach, find parking and haul everything to your chosen spot. Simply carry a bag and a cooler down from the loft apartment.

If you drove to Tybee Island vacation homes, there's a reserved parking space just for you. Each unit at the Beachside Villa has a marked spot so that you can head out whenever you please. This spot will always be open for you day and night.

Unit #4 is part of a larger community of vacation rentals Tybee Island GA, but your privacy isn't compromised. This unit has a staircase up to its front door, which resides on the second floor. Only one other unit shares the staircase, and it's situated on the opposite side of the building. In addition, Unit #4 faces away from the street. You'll look out on the community nearby with the ocean just peeking out on the horizon. Although the street is relatively quiet, your view doesn't have to include any traffic.

Unit #4 is different than a standard, one-bedroom apartment. It has a bedroom loft that hovers above the living room. As you walk into the property, the main floor houses the living space and kitchen. Venture up the stairs to a huge loft, which includes 2 king-size beds and adjacent sofa. Additional sleeping space is available with the provided queen air mattress. Lofts don't have an enclosed space, so this property is perfect for a group of friends or a couple looking for a romantic escape. Families might consider the loft too as a fun adventure while enjoying Tybee vacation rentals. Unit #4 offers plenty of areas to sit and enjoy your time on vacation. The loft has two chairs that you can sink into with a good book, for example. Enjoy time in the living room as you turn on the TV or listen to music over the included Wi-Fi system.

Sit outside on the porch where you can breathe in the fresh air. There's even a sitting area within the screened-in porch. Beachside Villa encourages you to relax and reflect on life.

Visitors appreciate the practical layout within Unit #4 too. Use the self check-in process with the keypad at the front door. You'll immediately enter the screened-in area with the next door opening up into the kitchen. In fact, the seating area within the screened-in porch is adjacent to the kitchen. This arrangement makes it easy to grab food or drinks whenever you desire. The loft is even hidden away so that it's not really seen by anyone in the living area until you venture upstairs. Don't worry about packing the entire household for this vacation. Unit #4 comes with most of the basics, including linens and towels. In fact, you'll walk into a kitchen that has pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils. Visitors just need to stock the refrigerator with food. You can whip up a big meal or simply snack in the full-size kitchen.

Beachside Villa comes complete with a large pool that's shared by the entire complex. Lay out by the pool, swim some laps and rinse off with the outdoor shower. In fact, this shower has both hot and cold water. There are several umbrellas at the pool too, which allows you to still enjoy the outdoors without too much sun on your skin.

You're also welcome to use the heated pool that's off site from Beachside Villa. This option is perfect for when the weather is a bit cooler than normal.

Tybee Island is full of places to go and things to do. Initially, visit the nearby pier that's a feature of Tybee Island's shoreline. Take a walk, snap some photos and enjoy the sea air.

If you're looking for a more educational excursion, venture over to Fort Screven. It's a historic military structure with gun batteries still in place. Other exhibits are nearby too, including the Marine Center. Look out on the water to spot dolphins at almost any time of year as well.

Tybee vacation rentals are also close to many experiences in and around the island. Shop the local stores that line the coast, for example. Small businesses have those amazing products that you'll find nowhere else.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
