Private Balcony - Pickle Ball - Beach and Pool

Luxurious & colorful, Palm Peach is not your "Basic Beach" house. With private access to the beach, a members-only pool & pickleball court, & sleeping accommodations for 5, this beachfront corner suite boasts high speed WiFi with smart TV, balcony views of the ocean, & even an air fryer. Palm Peach is a short walk to some of Tybee's best restaurants & shopping, the Lighthouse, & the Tybee Island Marine Center. Perfect for a girls' trip, honeymoon, or family getaway.

One bedroom with queen bed.
One twin bed with twin trundle in living room.
Built-in cot in hall (smaller than a twin).
One bathroom.
Kitchen equipped with air fryer, coffee maker, basic appliances, stove, oven, & small supply of dishes.

Guests receive access to the entire condo during their stay, as well as to the pool, pickleball courts, and private beach access.

Condo is on the second floor and is a corner suite with spectacular views of the ocean and the pool. Accessible via stairs or elevator.
Palm Peach Rules:
‱ NO SMOKING or use of fire allowed inside or outside, including the balcony. Guest acknowledges that "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
‱ No pets allowed on property. (Service animals may not be left alone in the condo without owner present at any time for any reason.)
‱ No parties, events, or additional guests not accounted for with your reservation. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of guests without a refund.
‱ We are not able to offer late check out based on our house cleaner's limited availability.
‱ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10pm.
‱ Guests listed on the reservation must contact us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
‱ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
‱ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a of $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
‱ If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
‱ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.

CHECKING OUT:
Please leave keys, parking pass, and gate key on the kitchen counter. Check out is strictly 11:00 AM. Leaving late will incur a $25 fee per 30 minutes (beginning at the first minute upon the half hour). The door code will be changed promptly at 11AM so make sure you've got all of your property and have exited the property on time. Lock the door upon leaving.

Laundry should be left in the hall. Used dishes should be washed and either put away or left in the supplied dish rack (under the sink) to dry.

Please treat our beautiful condo as if it were your own by respecting our property and leaving things clean. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

SBRC HOA RULES:
‱ SMOKING is prohibited in all common areas of SBRC.
‱ ONE parking space per condo. A parking pass is required on your dash.
‱ Golf carts and trailers are prohibited.
‱ Use the pedestrian gate when walking/biking in or out of the community.
‱ Please do not hang towels over the deck railing.
‱ Do not store bikes, surfboards, or kayaks on the balconies.
‱ ANY items left in the hallways will be discarded. This includes bicycles, shoes,
floats, boogie boards, fishing poles, coolers – ANYTHING.
‱ Please take your belongings inside with you.
‱ Please do not throw cigarette butts over the deck railing.
‱ There are dumpsters at the south end of each building. All household
trash should be placed in these containers. Please do not leave your trash in the hall or laundry rooms.
‱ PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
‱ Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children.
‱ Please be respectful. Remember that you may have neighbors
above, below, and beside you. Do not allow your children to roam the complex at night. All bedroom windows face the hallways.

FOR EMERGENCIES CALL: 911 or the Tybee Police Department.
‱ Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
‱ First aid kit is located under the bathroom sink.

POOL RULES:
‱ No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
‱ No children under the age of 15 allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
‱ No pets allowed.
‱ No glass containers allowed in pool or surrounding pool area. No food or drinks allowed inside the pool.
‱ Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the common areas. This includes the pool area.
‱ No running, no diving and no rough, boisterous play allowed in pool area. No balls, frisbees, large floats, etc.
‱ No yelling, screaming or noisy games allowed.
‱ Do not play, pull on, submerge or place body weight on pool rope.
‱ No bicycles or skateboards allowed.
‱ When coming from the beach sand and salt water, please shower to remove sand and salt before entering pool.
‱ Children not potty-trained must wear waterproof swim pants in pool.  (“Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 511-3-5-.18”)
‱ Persons with skin, eye, ear or nasal infection, cuts open blisters or communicable diseases are not to enter pool.
‱ Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not to enter pool area.
‱ No swimming allowed during heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be seen or heard.
‱ SBRC Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.

It's in a good spot. The room was nice and clean. They give you a bunch of beach supplies like chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. Pool was great for the kids. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location right on the channel where you could see dolphins while sitting on the deck. Location is close enough to get anywhere in Tybee in under 10 minutes. Check-in/out process was super easy.

There are not enough words to express the ease of our vacation stay! We booked a last minute Spring Break trip for our family after sports and work schedules changed and this spot was perfect! The beach was private and we had it basically to ourselves. The community was quiet and super friendly. All the tips Jared left for us of places to eat an explore were perfect (and soooo delicious!) Super short drive into Savannah too! Will be definitely staying again!

My girlfriend and I stayed in your condo . We enjoyed the location. Easy beach access. Easy to find so much to do. Spent a day in Savannah enjoying the sights. Tybee is a wonderful place to visit. We enjoyed the Crab Shack and The Breakfast Club. Great pizza spot with quaint little shops in walking distance. We definitely recommend this adorable condo!! Great for a girls trip!!!

I must say this has to be the CUTEST, MOST EFFICIENT, COMFORTABLE condo that we have ever stated in. It's the "little" things like this morning I realized I'd forgotten my toothbrush so I went exploring through the cabinets in the bathroom and wa-la there was a cute dental kit!!! I was so tickled. The check in process was smooth, the property owners were quickly responsive. Steps away from the beach...easy access. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, ships passing by and dolphins swimming was amazing. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

I turned 44 and wanted to do something special. This was spectacular! Literally steps from the beach. The condo has this beautiful flamingo, peach and blue decor that is so inviting. The owners communicated well. All of my questions and concerns were put to ease. The beach was beautiful, although it stormed. So we watched the game and ordered in. It was perfect.

We loved introducing our girls to Tybee for our daughter’s 8th birthday. Palm Peach was just perfect our little family of 4. Our girls loved the trundle bed, the kitchen is darling and has everything you could need ( the Savannah coffee was such a nice treat!), the porch was great including the awesome beach chairs you can borrow! The grounds are well kept and the beach was low key and felt almost like a private beach! Jessica’s mural on the wall is GORGEOUS and one of the many details that show the love and care Jared and Jessica put into Palm Peach! Thank you for sharing your little oasis with us! We can’t wait to go back!

Every little detail did not go unnoticed! Especially the cleanliness of the unit and linens were so crisp! We appericate how the guests are thought of. Having the basics like extra sugar, coffee and bathroom products. (Hubby forgot his toothbrush:) We literally felt like we could pack an overnight bag and just show up and have a great stay!
