Luxurious & colorful, Palm Peach is not your `Basic Beach` house. - Private access to the beach - Sleeping accommodations for 6 - Members-only pool & pickleball court - This beachfront suite boasts high speed WiFi with smart TV`s in the Main room and bedroom. - Balcony views of the Ocean and Pool. - Palm Peach 2 is a short walk to some of Tybee`s best restaurants & shopping, the Lighthouse, & the Tybee Island Marine Center. - Perfect for a girls` trip, honeymoon, or family getaway.
- One bedroom with queen bed. - One pull out couch with Queen mattress. - Built-in cot in hall (smaller than a twin). - One bathroom. - Fully equipped Kitchen with, coffee maker, basic appliances, stove, oven & small supply of dishes.
Guests receive access to the entire condo during their stay, as well as to the pool, pickleball courts, and private beach access.
Condo is on the third floor with spectacular views of the ocean and the pool. Accessible via stairs or elevator. PALM PEACH RULES: • NO SMOKING or use of fire allowed inside or outside, including the balcony. Guest acknowledges that `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana, and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. • No pets allowed on property. (Service animals may not be left alone in the condo without owner present at any time for any reason.) • No parties, events, or additional guests not accounted for with your reservation. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of guests without a refund. • We are not able to offer late check out based on our house cleaner`s limited availability. • Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10pm. • Guests listed on the reservation must contact us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible. • Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. • Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a of $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. • If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. • If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
CHECKING OUT: Please leave keys, parking pass, and gate key on the kitchen counter. Check out is strictly 11:00 AM. Leaving late will incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes (beginning at the first minute upon the half hour). The door code will be changed promptly at 11AM so make sure you`ve got all of your property and have exited the property on time. Lock the door upon leaving.
Laundry should be left in the hall. Used dishes should be washed and either put away or left in the supplied dish rack (under the sink) to dry.

SBRC HOA RULES: • SMOKING is prohibited in all common areas of SBRC. • ONE parking space per condo. A parking pass is required on your dash. • Golf carts and trailers are prohibited. • Use the pedestrian gate when walking/biking in or out of the community. • Please do not hang towels over the deck railing. • Do not store bikes, surfboards, or kayaks on the balconies. • ANY items left in the hallways will be discarded. This includes bicycles, shoes, floats, boogie boards, fishing poles, coolers – ANYTHING. • Please take your belongings inside with you. • Please do not throw cigarette butts over the deck railing. • There are dumpsters at the south end of each building. All household trash should be placed in these containers. Please do not leave your trash in the hall or laundry rooms. • PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. • Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. • Please be respectful. Remember that you may have neighbors above, below, and beside you. Do not allow your children to roam the complex at night. All bedroom windows face the hallways.
FOR EMERGENCIES CALL: 911 or the Tybee Police Department. • Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. • First aid kit is located under the bathroom sink.
POOL RULES: • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • No children under the age of 15 allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. • No pets allowed. • No glass containers allowed in pool or surrounding pool area. No food or drinks allowed inside the pool. • Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the common areas. This includes the pool area. • No running, no diving and no rough, boisterous play allowed in pool area. No balls, frisbees, large floats, etc. • No yelling, screaming or noisy games allowed. • Do not play, pull on, submerge or place body weight on pool rope. • No bicycles or skateboards allowed. • When coming from the beach sand and salt water, please shower to remove sand and salt before entering pool. • Children not potty-trained must wear waterproof swim pants in pool. (“Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 511-3-5-.18”) • Persons with skin, eye, ear or nasal infection, cuts open blisters or communicable diseases are not to enter pool. • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not to enter pool area. • No swimming allowed during heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be seen or heard. • SBRC Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
