Condo de luxe 3BR 2. 5 B à quelques pas de l'océan!

  • Brass Rails est une communauté fermée de luxe avec parking souterrain et ascenseurs privés. Ceci est une unité au premier étage donnant sur la piscine. Parfait pour les familles. Le condo a un balcon privé qui est également accessible depuis la chambre principale et donne sur la cour et la piscine spacieuse qui comprend un bain à remous, une aire de pique-nique et beaucoup de chaises longues de bain de soleil fournies pour votre commodité. Il y a deux piscines sur la propriété.

    Notre condo est nouvellement meublé et idéalement situé sur South End de Tybee à environ 30 mètres de l'océan, de la jetée et du pavillon. Il est à distance de marche de la plupart des magasins et restaurants.

    Cette unité a des planchers en bambou, des carreaux de céramique, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Spacieuse suite parentale avec lit king size, dressing, bain à remous et douche séparée dans la spacieuse salle de bain principale. La chambre d'hôtes 1 a un lit queen et la chambre d'hôtes 2 a 2 lits jumeaux. Canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

    Savannah historique est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture. Il y a beaucoup à faire et à voir, alors venez et profitez de notre plage! Le temps de l'île commence lors de la traversée du dernier pont!

    Notre condo est familial et convivial, mais s'il vous plaît, non-fumeur et sans animaux.

    Ascenseur, barrière de sécurité, garage pour 2 personnes. Remarque: les gros VUS peuvent ne pas tenir dans un espace de stationnement, en particulier pendant les saisons de pointe / haute.

This property has everything you’re looking for. Quick, convenient access to the beach, two pools and a hot tub, fast internet, clean and spacious quarters, and easy, fast check in and communication with the host. We would definitely stay there again!

Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. The place was perfect! Steps from beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit in for morning coffee. The pool was easily accessed. The parking was very convenient to the condo. There were guys cleaning the grounds and pool area daily. The condo was spotless and had all basic things needed for a lovely Tybee vacation!

This was one of the best places and locations to stay in my opinion!! Restaurants were walkable, ice cream was walkable, coffee shops were walkable. Because of the size of the complex the pool was never super crowded, always plenty of chairs to use. The condo complex was so convenient, we had 2 parking spots that were strictly for our room, we have stayed at condos in Gulf Shores, Panama City, and Fort Walton and this Tybee complex is by far one of the most user friendly places. We even had an elevator that was strictly for the rooms around us!! The condo itself was very nice, very clean, and slept all of us comfortably. There was even a closet with beach toys if needed. Communication with the host was very nice and easy, she was always quick to respond. I would definitely say Tybee is the best island for a family that just wants to chill by the beach and walk to some yummy seafood restaurants!! Oh and we saw dolphins almost everyday right from the beach!

SUmer Vacay!

This place was fantastic. The perfect spot right next to the pool with covered parking and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all around and was everything we could have asked for. We had a great time and I fully intend on staying here again.

We had a amazing time walking distance was great to everything!! We loved being right at the pool!! We used the sand toys and even left a wave board for the next family!!! Amazing time!

4th times a charm!

This is our 4th time staying in this condo and we love it every time… always clean and well-apportioned and the bed arrangements works for so many guests… this year we had my parents in the king, my kids shared the queen and Mr brother and I shared the twin room… everyone was comfortable and happy and a good time was had by all! Will definitely book again for next summer!

Perfect for family

Such an amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better host. So incredibly accommodating and response. The condo was PERFECT. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Only issue was the hot tub only worked the first night, but this was no fault of the host.

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless, roomy, and was close to the beach. The balcony was very spacious and overlooking the pool. Lots of cookware; the crock pot was very useful. Would most definitely stay here again! Could use a teapot in the kitchen and lids for the plastic cups that were in the cupboard so we could take some drinks to the pool. It would be nice for the pool and hot tub to be open maybe a little bit later. 9pm is pretty early to close; maybe 10-11pm.

Tybee Stay

The unit was decent. Found popcorn and slime toy under coffee table in living room, an attachment to a hair dryer under bed and a recess cup wrapper in the dresser drawer of the room that had queen bed. When we pulled out the couch bed we found orange food residue (maybe Cheetos from the family that had slime and popcorn) on the couch cushion's, couches and rugs could use a good cleaning. Our daughter’s Crocs were stolen at the pool while she was swimming. Enjoyed not having to drive anywhere because we were so close to the beach and the pier as well as a lot of restaurants. They need to make it clear how to turn on the jets in the hot tub, it’s close to the ground behind lounge chairs. Also, they changed the code to the entry gates and trash can areas, we’re grateful that a couple told us and gave us the new code so that we could walk to and from without having to open the big gates for the auto’s. The code on the paper we were given is outdated. I’m grateful for the experience of Tybee Island, but unfortunately, we probably won’t return any time soon.

Family Vacation 2022

Great experience. Property owner was extremely prompt in communications. Pool is directly at your patio and we were able to sit and watch as our family played in the pool. We enjoyed our stay.
