Silver Seas 103 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to six overnight guests. This is a luxurious, elegant vacation rental that stands out among all Tybee Island vacation homes for its attention to detail. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice spacious condo. It was clean and comfortable and in walking distance to the beach. Easy to get around and is only a short drive to Savannah. Our con is that there is no bathtub handrail in bathrooms. Also, it would be great to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the condo.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is conveniently located with just a very short walk from the beach. The condo is a nice size, with a spacious and open living room, and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Just a note of caution on the parking, the parking area is very steep (down from the road), so don't bring a low profile car.

Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely week at this condo! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the pool was steps away from the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our air conditioner stopped working one night but Southern Belle was extremely quick to respond and had someone out asap to fix it. We really appreciated that. They had a wagon of beach toys as well that was perfect for the kids - wagon is old, squeaks and doesn't always stay straight but we managed! Looking forward to coming back to Tybee!

Great condo! Very roomy and great location

Great place! We loved the location. You can easily walk to many restaurants and a quick,few minutes walk straight to the beach! Lots of room in this place. It’s a corner unit. Large kitchen and dining room with an open floor plan. Could use a carpet cleaning but that’s all. Also, be careful pulling into the parking area! 5 stars!

Comfy Beach Getaway

Loved the balcony and cross breezes in the evening. Comfortable living room with large tv and nice dining area. The kitchen was clean and adequately supplied with basics. Mattresses and carpet in bedrooms could stand to be replaced. Wonderful to have ceiling fans in rooms however the one on the balcony did not work. Beach wagons were rusty and hard to use. We did enjoy our stay at 103 Silver Seas!

Nice & spacious room

I was highly surprised at the size of it. We loved that it had two full baths & a washer & dryer. All the rooms were very spacious. It was clean. The only problem was the water in kitchen did not get very hot as the faucet did not work properly. Some new cushions on the deck chairs would be nice. Other than that, we enjoyed it & would stay there again or recommend it to others.

5 star all the way!

Great location - about 3 houses away from the beach w/ access - restaurants, shops, pier/pavilion all super close. Only time we had to drive was going to The Crab Shack. Ended up going during Pirate Fest (didn’t even know) and was right by all the activities. Tybee is like a little family beach mini-Vegas! Fabulous unit - very well maintained, VERY comfy beds and linens, everything we needed - washer dryer, all kitchen utensils, etc. Had beach chairs and nice beach cart. Provided paper towels, dishwashing/laundry pods. Only thing not provided was beach towels and we like to bring our own anyway. Southern Belle rentals did a great job with the entire process - booking, confirming, providing check in details, quickly responded when we-do code was wrong and quickly extended our check out time. All around fantastic unit, location, and service.
