Everything we could've wanted
We had the most wonderful time at this property and feel so fortunate to have found it. The heated pool, hot tub, and grill allowed us to maximize our outdoor relaxation time with our family. My boys are avid fishermen so proximity to the pier was the number one priority and this location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to the pier in less than ten minutes and the pier on the river side was very close too. The house itself fit our family perfectly with it's 4 queen beds and 2 king beds, all extremely comfortable. The two living rooms were great for our teenagers to have a bit of their own space. I appreciated some of the little touches like having plentiful Tupperware, sharp knives, and lemon juicer. The house is older and as such has a lot of character, which we appreciate but not everyone does so it's worth mentioning. The large dining table was great for our big family and having a washer and dryer upstairs and down was so convenient. There's ample lawn space so we were able to setup crossnet, throw football, etc. Bring your own beach gear as there aren't any chairs or sand toys but they are available for rent or purchase at the many shops on the way to the beach. The two mini fridges, one downstairs and one outside, were another nice touch. The pool and hot tub were both checked and cleaned during our stay and that was appreciated. We had one minor maintenance issue and they addressed it right away and the gentleman was very kind. Thanks for a great family vacation!
