Sunset Villa is the name of this property, it is a beautiful custom built southern style home in the quiet residential North end of Tybee Island available for rent by family groups or responsible adults over the age of 25 years old.
We just brought on line at the end of May of 2023, a 16 x 50' HUGE private swimming pool with 8 swim up bar seats. (This pool is the largest pool on the island, larger than hotels and condo pools!!! You are not sharing a small pool with100+ homes on the other end of the island either!) When you rent this property, you are the only one who has access to this pool - this pool is private to you! This pool is 9' on the deep end, 3' on the shallow end with a 4' deep swim lane on the opposite side of the bar seats. Two 75" TVs at the bar. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. Guest pay for amount used, $500 Deposit if heat desired. Connecting to the pool is a game room with another 75" TV, beautiful walnut table, tiled room - 4 arcade games on free play including two fast and furious race car games to race against each other. In front of the game room is parking for two additional cars and a EV charge station.
Sunset Villa joins its sibling homes behind it, Villa Palms and Villa Charm as a vacation rental available Memorial Day 2023. This home has 4 large bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bath and another 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. This home is pet friendly and the Savannah River side beach access is just 300’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year. The front door has a keypad entry programmed specifically for your use. Since this is a water view home, the kitchen, dining area and open living room are on the third floor. The living area is open and is a large space. The living area includes a large 75” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. There is an elevator to help with luggage and taking groceries to the top main living floor. Outside this 3rd floor living space area is a deck with dining table, rocking chairs for sitting outside and a spiral staircase to a roof top height deck with custom built adirondack chairs for even nicer views of the mouth of the Savannah River as it opens up to the ocean where you can see ocean liner tankers and shrimp boats pass by.
The kitchen includes an oven, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8 and 5 additional seats at the kitchen island preparation area. One bedroom with a king size bed is on the third floor with its own en-suite bathroom with new walk in shower (all 4 bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms). The second floor of this home includes the other three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, private balcony, 55" flat screen TV, large en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub, separate walk in shower, his and her sinks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with its new walk in shower.
The forth bedroom is set up as a kids room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds for a total of 4 beds in this room and has its on en-suite bathroom too with a tub shower. The laundry room with washer and dryer are in the hallway of this 2nd floor too.
Each of the top/3rd floor and second floor have separate air conditioning units and programmable thermostats.
The first floor is enclosed entry into the home and a very large garage that can park a full size truck very easily plus more. There is additional room to park 2+ off street vehicles in the driveway.
All guests are met (from a distance is fine) to confirm the home is as you expect. Owner is main point of contact for maintenance issues with the home and also available for recommendations for food and services on the island. We want to make sure you enjoy your stay.
This home has WIFI, gas grill, griddle, refrigerator at the pool and game room, plenty of porch space to sit back and relax. 2023 Minimum nights: 5 Nights stay: Memorial - Labor Day, 3 Night minimum Stay in the Fall/Winter.
