The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. « Very well positioned for access to Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury etc. All staff really friendly. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of quality quantity and choice. Had meal in restaurant one night which was excellent. Room was good size and decorated nicely. Wouldn't hesitate to return »

« Tres bel hotel entoure d'un parc magnifique. Personnel aimable et à l'ecoute, propreté irreprochable, petits déjeuners excellents. Neanmoins, espace insuffisant pour les vêtements, wifi faible et instable, pas de robinet melangeur au lavabo, pas de brosse à WC, eclairage aveuglant dans la salle de bains. Rien d'insurmontable, mais a ameliorer. »
