Nestled against the rocks in 29 Palms, Zainaland is a uniquely stunning, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom estate. The sweeping views, the hot tub, wood burning firepit and outdoor dining space are breathtaking. Inside, relive the Joshua Tree high life of the 70's with this captivating home full of original details and eclectic decor. Cozy up to the bar in the epic living room and toast to the old school desert lifestyle, where everyone valued privacy over spectacle...but everyone still showed up in style.

THE SPACE
This three bedroom, four bathroom home is at the end of the road. It literally is carved from the rocks adjacent to the Joshua Tree National Park in 29 Palms and walk directly into the 49 Palms Oasis. There are two king bedrooms with en suite baths and one double queen bedroom with en suite bath.

The kitchen is fully stocked with an additional outdoor BBQ for preparing meals. The yard features a hot tub, wood fire-pit and dining area for at least 12 or more guests.

Come escape in style. ZAINALAND is anything but typical.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have full & private access to the house and property. The garage is not available to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You will have access to the pellet stoves with pellets provided. The main fireplace is unfortunately a safety hazard and off limits at the moment, but you're welcome to bring firewood for the outdoor firepits.

No commercial photography or filming without express permission. This includes branded social media content. Personal photos/filming and social media are always ok. If we find you have crossed the line, there will be a $5000/day production fee assessed to each night of your stay. Bottom line...just ask. :)

NO UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS OR PARTIES.
ZAINALAND is built for evenings with intention: a dinner that runs late, a celebration with a guest list that matters, a gathering where the setting is part of the point. We love events...by approval only.

There are front door cameras only monitored if an issue arises. We do not monitor guests during their stay.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside. The desert is full of snakes, spiders and coyotes and we want to keep them safe.

If you bring your pet, know that there's a $115 pet fee and minimum $50 charge for pet hair found on the furniture, multiple pet waste in the yard or pet accidents that haven't been cleaned up. We will provide lint brushes, a dog bed, waste bags and sheets to put over furniture. Please use them.
