Experience Vista A. This modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers ensuite bathrooms, an open floorplan living room with chef s kitchen, a private pool and spa, luxury amenities, two workstations and a game room. Every detail has been crafted to enhance the guest experience. The villa s sleek geometric exterior and earthy color palette resonates with the rugged beauty all around. Inside, the d cor combines clean, modern lines with fun Mid Century accents to create a serene atmosphere that blends in with the surroundings.

The three bedrooms are all equipped with premium spa-style en-suite bathrooms featuring gorgeous stone surfaces and high-end finishes. The bedrooms each have private access to outdoor patio space or the pool area, which includes a fire pit, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and outdoor dining table. An airy, open layout invites you and your group to dine, drink, relax, and share moments together, all while enjoying spectacular views of Joshua Tree National Park through oversized glass doors. You ll also have an additional lounge space in the finished garage, with a desk, sofa bed, TV, arcade game, and a ping pong table

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

LOCATION
Located in the premier South Joshua Tree area. 8 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 10 minutes to Indian Cove Park campgrounds hiking, 12 minutes to downtown 29 Palms, 20 minutes to Yucca Valley, 25 minutes to Pioneertown.
