I did wipe down before going in the hot tub, which was what the owners wanted. Mattress was excellent; view is outstanding and communication with the owners was fabulous! »

« Had everything we needed, including coffee. Everything worked, easy door access. This is minor but they might want to change the bathroom faucet. Neat, clean, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Close to Joshua Tree visitor center. We wished the hot tub was a little farther from the roof so we would have a 360° sky view, but otherwise it was really perfect. »

« Beautiful property, lack of response from hosts, no interaction at all was a bit disconcerting. The second room with bunk beds can get hot and would benefit from fans as there is only AC in main bedroom. The setting and patio were pretty and the location is fantastic for park entrance. I do not recommend getting there after dark. We did, unintentionally, and it was so confusing to find, there is no signage on gates or at property to let you know you're there. We figured it out but it was rough...
