The Villa at Fraser Cove is a modern and spacious villa located in the Norther Rivers of NSW, moments to Tweed waterways with easy access to southern Gold Coast beaches, and all the Tweed coast has to offer!
The townhouse style villa provides open plan living with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and a separate toilet downstairs.
The Villa is also pet friendly, so your beloved furry friend can join you on holidays.
The ground floor offers galley style kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, breakfast bench with seating for 4 and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays.
The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with a huge 80-inch smart TV, high speed internet and comfortable furnishings.
Outside there is an outside entertaining area with seating, bbq, and herb and veggie garden.
There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms – master with queen bed and ensuite with walk through wardrobe, and ensuite with shower and bath.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and the third offers a comfortable double sofa bed and a work desk area, making it perfect for long stay bookings and guests seeking to work, learn and study while on holidays
There is also a main bathroom with walk in shower and separate toilet.
The Villa offers ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
There is off street (driveway) parking for one car, and visitor parking available.
The Villa has been beautifully furnished and styled. It is perfect for long stay bookings, and those looking for a modern and spacious property to enjoy close to the beaches, while being away from the hustle and bustle.
Tweed waterways and a boat ramp are a short walk/bike ride, and you will be minutes away from local supermarkets and coffee shops, Coolangatta and Kirra beach, the Tweed Coast, and Gold Coast Airport. Byron Bay is a short 45-minute drive.
* Pet Friendly property for one small dog up to 10kg allowed (no cats or other pets permitted) and must be kept on a lead when walking through the complex. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 12 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
