Planning an elopement or photoshoot? Please contact us prior to booking. An additional fee of $1,500 + GST per day applies.



Security:

For your peace of mind, external cameras monitor the driveway, front and back doors. There is a noise sensor outdoors (no audio recorded). No cameras are present inside private spaces, ensuring your complete privacy.



Pets:

Small, non-shedding dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.

Check-in: 2pm (NSW time)

Check-out: 10am



Noise Restrictions:

To respect our serene residential area, please minimise outdoor noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Outdoor music should be brought indoors by 8 pm as sound carries around the pool.



Bikes:

Explore Kingscliff with 6 adult cruiser bikes and 1 children’s mountain bike (ages 6–10). Helmets and locks are provided. Bike use is at your own risk.
