HiTide Condo offers a comfortable and convenient place to relax between Tuscaloosa adventures. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and three queen beds, the condo can accommodate up to six guests—making it a great fit for families, couples, or a small group visiting The University of Alabama.



The first bedroom features one queen bed. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom, giving guests additional space and privacy. A second full bathroom is available for the rest of the group.



Two dedicated parking spaces are included with your stay, which is a major advantage during Alabama football weekends and busy campus events. Once you arrive, you will be within easy reach of Bryant-Denny Stadium, The Quad, campus attractions, restaurants, and downtown Tuscaloosa.

Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.







Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
