« It was a beautiful property with so many places to explore. A little disappointed that our shuttle driver took us to a restaurant on the property that was closed and drove off. Wasted most of a morning on this mistake. Also could not find the hiding place for the ice bucket. Luckily the housekeeping staff manager who spoke English showed us where to look. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« It was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and out. The wait staff in the dining area was very attentive and friendly. Actually all the staff we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely be back! »
« The room is clean and the sheets quality is good and fresh.The breakfast is average but sufficient. They also provide evening dessert time with ice cream and cookies.
Coffee and tea are provided from 7 am - 11 pm. No restaurant or shopping within walking distance. They are about 2-3 minutes drive away. I would stay in Brookwood again. »

« I really thought this place was a good value. While the room is unassuming, it was clean, functional, quiet, and secure. Breakfast was great. The waterfall area beside the breakfast room was really pretty and a nice touch. I didn’t have much interaction with the front desk staff but they were professional and efficient. Branson is a tourist town and seems like most of the hotels and Inns are privately owned. I didn't see alot of chain hotels and stuff. I say that because the pics on Expedia are misleading. If you were staying in city you'd probably skip over the property due to the pics. But it's a family owned hotel, big rooms (we had a bedroom with 2 queens, and the main room with a king). It's older but well maintained, real clean, nice outside...
