"The host was great at getting back to me and extending our stay. The place was very clean. No spiders or creepy crawlees inside. Just flies, but they were everywhere in Turkey Point. Outside needs some work. Needs some weeding also. However its close to the water and the place is good for the price. ..."

"Communication was good. Nice cute and quiet little place by the water. Only suggestion would be some window coverings on the one window and the door. Opening the door just had to figure out that you needed to pull the door as it electronically unlocked/locked. Would rent again."
