« Check in was at 3 we arrived and had to wait for the host to text us the code after trying for hrs to get in contact with her. Once we got inside there were visible stains on the walls and rugs, the back porch had a whole mattress and box spring and old trash blocking the back door, dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, a vape and socks were under the bed, and if the icing on the cake was when a whole different group showed up trying to get access because our lovely hostess double booked...

« The house was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space and the house had a special charm. I found it odd and neat at the same time that all of the bedrooms had bathrooms, even if some were half. The check-in and check-out were both super easy and convenient. « The Cedar Hill Cottage was perfect for our trip. The personal touches to make our stay comfortable were thoughtful and appreciated. We came in to a clean, well decorated home with an informative book of helpful tips for the home and the area! They also left us some honey and eggs from their farm. « Landlord tried to make it a good stay. However, property was NOT rent ready by any means. There were leaks coming out of the ceiling into the bedroom below. On the 5th day the sewer started coming up the shower and flooded the entire downstairs where all the rooms were. We tried calling the landlord several times but they NEVER answered the phone. We had to call VRBO to get the landlord to come out. We had to move out and get another place, landlord wants us to pay for her floor and plumbing...

« We stayed here while in town for our sons wedding and the home worked out perfectly. The home easily accommodated 12 adults. We were able to enjoy some fun family time while in town. We would stay here again. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing major. The owner was responsive and kind. He even rushed over a new coffee pot when we found that the pot was cracked. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. »

Pas de pression, ni d’eau chaude !!!
"La personne a l’arrivée était mal aimable, nous avions l’impression de déranger. Heureusement celle du matin était plus aimable et souriante. Gros point négatif, la douche !!! Pas de pression du tout et encore moins d’eau chaude ! J’ai du me laver avec un minuscule filet d’eau même pas tiède ! Une horreur. Dommage, sinon l’hôtel est propre et le petit-déjeuner passable. "
