Bright and new furnished apartment of about 50 m2 that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift.

The property is located in an area served by everything: bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy and a few steps from the Marche metro and Paradiso metro and from Paradiso Park. The accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and is equipped with private parking for the exclusive use of the guest and included in the price.
