Entire top floor of the relaxed centrally located guest house. Perfectly located for all Forster Tuncurry has to offer. Quality queen bed matresses in all 3 bedrooms. Self check in. Glimpes of the harbour from the front balcony, lounge room and the 2 front bedrooms. Fully equipt kitchen. 350 metres to Rock pool Beach and Surf Beach. 50m to the lake and Cape Hawke Harbour. Comfortable and perfectly located for a short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, cinema, beaches, Woolworths grocery and convenience store, shops and more.
Fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach. 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, high quality mattresses and full cotton sheets. Clean cotton bath towels provided for each guest with beach towels available from the bottom drawer of the entrance foyer. Built in wardrobes in 2 bedrooms and a clothes cupboard in the third. Separate vanity, toilet and shower/bath rooms.
The nautical theme flows throughout the home with the spacious living room opening onto the front balcony and glimpses of the harbour visible from both front bedrooms, the living room and front balcony.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook up a storm or prepare a fine meal. Indoor dining area off the kitchen and another delightful outdoor dining table and entertainment area, comfort chairs day bed and coffee table on the undercover rear deck protected from harsh weather with nice hardwood plantation shutters. There is also a BBQ to use on the rear entertainment deck. With wifi included and off street parking in the driveway as well as additional free parking in the street directly out front, your holiday is set for ease.
Please note there are some stairs from the entrance to the living area so not suitable for the infirm or those unable to manage stairs. Also not set up or suitable pets for infants or children under 12. Beautiful surrounds and a perfect location to enjoy all of Forster Tuncurry. No charging of electric vehicles included or permitted. Guests are asked to leave the property as they found it which means to place all rubbish in the bins provided and leave the kitchen and other areas in a fair, clean and orderly state. Please clean and put away kitchen utensils used or stack into the dishwasher before leaving.
