« Great spot and you can rent a boat nearby from Margaritaville Marina. Host very communicative and quick response. Kitchen had way more than I expected. Blender, coffee maker, plenty of pans and casserole dishes. It was a great size and lots of room. Dock was amazing or relaxing with plenty of wrought iron chairs and a table. Great for swimming and fishing. Newly redone it appeared. If you are coming with someone with difficulty getting around on stairs, I would recommend getting the house above...

« Oh my what a view! House was so clean and beautifully decorated. The view was so serene I was upset when we had to leave. Parking is definitely a challenge but it’s workable. All the other pluses about this home makes it a 5 star rental for sure. Host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay last weekend. Celebrated my dad’s birthday and Father’s Day. The house was well stocked and had everything and then some. There are 5,000 coffee filters in the cabinets so definitely not necessary to bring your own. We spent the majority of our time hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake. The view is amazing. The driveway is steep but manageable, but follow the advice of backing down. Made getting out so much easier! We had a truck, suv, and a Tesla and all did...

« The five of us, plus Hazel the dog had a wonderful time. The cove is just off the main channel far enough that it is somewhat sheltered, but traffic can be easily seen on the channel. We spent lazy days on the dock and in the water or enjoyable hours on the kayaks exploring the cove and more. »

« This was an annual weekend getaway with the girls.This was a tough one, guys! Sunrise Beach is known for its steep hills, and the weather did not cooperate with our weekend. It was below freezing the entire weekend, which prevented any snow from melting, although the host did try to accommodate our arrival. « We had a very nice time. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. The view of the lake was nice especially at night with the lights reflecting off the water.
