It is located in Aldea Zama condominium with access to a large shared pool. Away from the busy beach road but only a short distance for access to the beach clubs and public beaches. Exclusive Beach Club Access for our guests.
This lovely apartment is uniquely designed to ensure a comfortable stay. This is an exceptional condo family's favorite since it has a crib so if you are traveling with kids you can be at ease.
The style is perfect to make this condo a romantic getaway as well. Tastefully furnished and decorated like home and fully equipped condo, here you will not feel you are at just the condo ... this is going to be your home!
The condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that allow for plenty of natural light. You will have a bath and beach towels available for you. And 300MB WIFI!
The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player. The dining room table is set for six guests.
There are three balconies in the condo. Both bedrooms have a private balcony and there is a large balcony accessed from living room.
A half bathroom is accessible from the living room.

This spacious 2 bedroom condo is a superb option for your holiday. The Master bedroom comes with a comfortable KING size bed, en suite bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom is also well equipped with two twin beds, en suite bathroom and a balcony as well. Upon request, twin beds can be put together to make a king-size bed as well. The condo is extremely well equipped! You will have everything you may need to have for your stay in Tulum. The living room has a comfortable sofa and big puff to sit on and take a nap ... its that comfortable... artisan dining table and art throughout the condo to have you pleasing and relaxed stay. You will definitely not want to leave!

The pool and the palapa are great areas to relax, read a book, tan. The private balcony provides a great outdoor space to have a meal and enjoy the relaxing Tulum atmosphere. We have off-street parking, secured access to the building
We offer self check-in, so you can arrive at what time you want and you don´t depend on our flexibility (for check in before 4 pm, please contact me). Aldea Zama, the neighborhood in which this building is, is the closest residential area to the world-ranked beaches in Tulum. It gives you the added benefit of being able to stay within bicycle riding distance from the beach, but with all the modern conveniences! A car would be ideal of course, but that is true of every condo in Mexico. The benefit of the area is its proximity, and lower price compared to beachfront options.
These condos are NOT on the beach but are CYCLING distance (About 2 miles door to sand). There are off-road cycling lanes that allow you to cycle safely cycle to the beach, Tulum ruins, and town. You can also rent a car ( for longer trips to see the sights ) or just take a taxi wherever you may need it. Clearly, a car is the most comfortable and convenient, but depending on your comfort level requirements, a bike could be all you need.
EXCLUSIVE BEACH ACCESS for our guests: It’s necessary to make a reservation through us at least 1 day before (date, hour, number of people) and up to 15 minutes' lateness will be tolerated.

Please, it's very important that you comply with the following house guidelines for living in harmony with other guests/owners.
* It's not allowed to have parties inside/outside the condo. * It's not allowed to make any noise before 9 am or after 9 pm. * If you have visitors, you must give us prior notice in order to give them access at the main entrance. * If we have any report of breach of in-house rules from the security guards, a $250 USD fee will be charged for each call they make.
Other important rules:
* Treat our property as if it were your own * In the interests of maintaining a secure building, please never allow any to tailgate behind you at the doors to the street. * Please do not throw toilet paper or trash in toilet. There is waste basket next to the toilet for the purpose of depositing used paper. drainage system here doesn´t handle paper and it clogs. * Do not drink tap water, it's not drinkable in this area of Mexico. * Do not smoke inside. * Use the A/C only when you are at home, they are powerful enough to cool the condo very quickly; make sure to turn them off before you leave * Make sure to turn off the light before you leave * Make sure that you lock all the doors and windows locked before you leave * It is NOT allowed to hang clothes/towels on the exterior rails of the house/windows, A fee of $300 USD will be charged in case of breach. * Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. - 09:00 p.m. * It is strictly forbidden to use glasses, bottles and glass containers around or in the pool. * It is forbidden to eat, use alcoholic beverages and smoke in common areas as well as the pool. * A fee of $100 USD will be charged for any lost or replacement key. Please take good care of them. * It´s strictly prohibited to use glasses, bottles and glass containers around or in the pool. * It's prohibited to eat or use alcoholic beverages within the pool. * Kindly note that some suntan lotions and MAKEUP are very intense, please make sure you wash it off to avoid damage towels and linens. If you notice any spots on them wash it off right away. Any damage items should be replace. Thank you for being careful with that. * Cleaning service during your stay has an extra charge of 30 usd per cleaning and we kindly ask you to let us know at least 2 days before.
