The space
As you walk through the door into this beautiful space filled with light, you are immediately surprised by the floor to the ceiling windows, which allow you to enjoy and experience a clear view of the beauty of nature surrounding you.

The natural walls of Chukum, derived from The Chukum Tree found throughout the Yucatan Peninsula and the natural rustic flooring add to the ecological decor that combines the ancient wisdom of the Mayans with modern design.

As you ask towards the back of the villa, you will see the elegant design of the fully equipped kitchen, with high-end appliances where you and your loved ones or group can prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy, whether in the dining room, alfresco dining (outdoor) or by your private pool.
You can also hire our private chef so you can rest and restore consumption of a glass of wine or frozen drink as meals prepare for you.

Each bedroom has their own design and private bathroom "like bathroom", with a "walk" shower. Bamboo memory foam mattresses and linens provide a comfortable and healthy sleep.

You can start your slow mornings on the rooftop deck by drinking your tea, coffee, or a Mimosa, enjoying the views of the jungle and the sounds of nature. It is very quiet and relaxing and beautiful at all times. There is a separate secluded space for yoga, meditation, journal, or simple and quiet contemplation. It's a perfect way to start a day!

Our freshwater pool is perfect for cooling off, hanging out, and chatting with your friends or family, and our solarium awaits to relax or tan!

There's plenty of space inside to hang out, watch Netflix, or listen to music. The community area pool, terrace and artificial cenote are steps away and available for use.

You'll have access to the entire villa, private pool and relaxation area and rooftop terrace. The pool in the common area, yoga room are for use. You can walk inside the residential grounds freely to enjoy nature.
