Tulum is a developing town, so please be aware that public works are common in many areas. You may encounter some noise and dust during your stay. Additionally, many streets are unpaved, so we recommend choosing a convenient means of transportation for your travel plans (car, ATV, or scooter).

The building administration manages the shuttle schedule to the beach. While we offer it as a complimentary service when you book, it is not exclusive to our accommodation.

The common areas are also managed by the building administration. We are not responsible for the assigned schedules, repairs or maintenance of these areas.
