Construction and noise warning

Please note that the condominium is still under development. Some common areas, such as the spa and sauna, are still under construction. Additionally, due to its location in a growing area, there may be noise during the day due to construction work inside or nearby the condominium. We are doing our best to ensure your comfort and appreciate your understanding

🚫 No parties or events allowed
🚭 No drugs permitted
🚭 No smoking inside the apartment (fine of USD 250)
🤫 Please keep noise down after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors
👨‍👩‍👧 Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians
🐾 Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
👥 All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
🛏 Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets — any stained items may result in an additional charge
NOTE : We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If they’re not observed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
