We invite you to come in, entertain and employ your culinary skills in our generously equipped kitchen. The kitchen updates include granite counter tops and stainless steel Frigidaire Professional Series Gas range with convection oven, an LG French-door style refrigerator with ice maker. Plus, clean-up is made easy with a Frigidaire Professional Series dishwasher. Dining table and bar offers dining for eight.

Enjoy your morning or after-dinner coffee from either a Keurig K-cup or Krups drip coffee maker. There's a brewer for iced tea as well.

Later settle down and relax in one of two very enjoyable living areas, the front room includes double sofas, side chair and a 40” Smart TV by the gas log fireplace.

Or hang out in our favorite room, the lower level den surrounded by windows looking out over the patio and privacy fenced backyard. It’s furnished with a leather sectional equipped with two electric recliners and one manual recliner surrounding a 55” Plasma TV with Blue Ray or an X-Box 360.

After you've had a full day, get settled and sleep peacefully in any of our 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, a 40” Smart TV and an en-suite with double sink vanity, skylight, a walk-in shower plus a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed and bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen bed and a full size futon.

Renovations include all new double pane insulated windows, heat and air system and hot water tank to provide trouble free stays. We have outdoor motion lighting around the home and an oversized 24’x26’ two car garage for convenient indoor parking and storage. The garage also features access to an in-ground storm shelter.  The 22nd Pl driveway has a 50 amp rv connection.

For family events we have parking in two driveways for 8+ vehicles.
