The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig, coffee pot, air fryer, gas stove, blender, mixer, wine glasses, etc. 2 large leather sofas in living room. House has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Pet friendly.

This home is located 1/4 of a mile from a major highway for easy access anywhere you need to go. A large gas station is 1 block away.

As you arrive, you’ll be wow’ed by the grand entrance to the house with a custom painted huge front porch with 2 porch swings and beautiful brick pathways. Inside you’re greeted with an open sight line all the way from the front door through the living room, dining room, kitchen and straight into the backyard. 2 large cozy leather sofas provide a great place to relax in front of the decorative fireplace and smart TV. Original hardwood floors throughout. Large high-quality Bluetooth speaker is provided as well. The dining room has been painted floor to ceiling with a dark, moody green to set the atmosphere for an elegant dinner. Table seats 6 but has 2 additional leaves that can be added. Beside that is a darling sitting room with curved velvet sofa next to a large window. Right off that room is the half-bath and entrance to the basement where you’ll find a pool table, bar area, board games and dart board as well as the laundry quarters. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has everything you could need from coffee, dishes , cookware, spices and oil. It has a window over the sink that looks out onto the backyard. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom with a large desk area and smart TV. Next to that is a spacious room with vintage king bed, velvet curtains and a smart TV. A full bathroom with tub/shower is located right across the hall. Next you’ll enter another room with a queen bed and smart TV. This room also has a private balcony with table & chairs, huge umbrella and cushioned couch. String lights set the perfect mood. Just off of this queen room is another room with 2 twin-sized beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. It is IMPORTANT TO NOTE that these 2 bedrooms are connected and have a thick curtain that can be closed between them to provide privacy. All windows in the house have window coverings. There are 3 different entrances into the home and parking for 3 vehicles. (Street parking is also available). Driveway is shared with the house next door and cannot be blocked. The backyard of this home has many different decks and patios which provide lots of great places to enjoy. There is a 6-person hot tub, 2 hanging hammock chairs, a fire pit, a mini-basketball court, corn hole and plenty of sitting areas. There isn’t a single inch of wasted space. This home is pet friendly by paying the pet fee (non-shedding only) and we offer a whole tub of dog items for your use. There is a completely fenced portion of the yard to keep your pets (or little ones) in.
