« Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the Cozy Condo and appreciated the New Mexico style. We had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably but do wish we could have had a couple more seats at the dining table. We used the kitchen to prepare a couple meals and found it well stocked. The backyard area was a nice way to spend some down time outside and we did see some elk and deer out the back during our stay. When we visited it got quite windy and cold outside but the heaters were sufficient to...

« Over all everything was wonderful. The pictures on line really did not do it justice and all furnishings were great!! Only think was maybe more light cleaning/ dusting needed. Lots of animals around to enjoy from the back porch. »

« More apartment complex than condo. Was fearful at first, turned out very quiet during my mon tue wed .First night a herd of deer came to the creek outside the sliding door patio, for a drink. Then came up the hill and mowed the grass, lol Close to the casino of the gods ,If you like that ,saw a shuttle. My stay in Ruidoso was real nice,i'll be back. »

« This place was amazing! The location was convenient and not too far from many things like church, stores, gas station, movie theater, etc. We really liked the mountain view from one of the bedroom's balcony. We liked that the place was not cluttered, it was spacious, and clean. It was equipped with everything you have at home so it truly felt like home away from home. You won't be disappointed with this rental as it is all that it advertises to be! Thank you for making our stay in Ruidoso a...

« The place is very dated and there is no AC in bedrooms. Overall it was not a great experience… definitely not what I expected »

« Cindy is a phenomenal host and this VRBO was absolutely amazing. We have 2 little boys and they had games, toys, and items for baby use if you need it. It’s so nice being able to travel with a few less things when you have young kiddos. Gorgeous location, clean, nice, and extremely well taken care of. We will definitely be back. My 5 year old asks daily when we are going back to our “borrowed home in the mountains.” »

« The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing. »

« Spacious, well equipped and clean property. »
