« Good - Value for money, parking is near the lift. Great location, close to attractions and easy walk to shops and lots of food options.Bad - the beds are extremely hard, like boards. No issue with doing a clean before leaving, however some items to enable that would help, like paper towel, surface spray, dust pan and dish washing liquid. Handle falls off kitchen tap. »

« The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. We loved the secure basement parking, quiet complex, clean and fast lifts. There's a large shopping centre across the road. Only notes to make - the washing machine had a musty smell, there were only highly-perfumed laundry sheets for washing (so we bought our own) and there were no pegs (but we had brought...

« Beautifully presented. Clean with all things included for a nice stay. Air con, washing machine, jug stove/oven, dishwasher, tv, comfortable bed, fridge/freezer, nice bathroom with pull down shower. In a quiet street. Coffee bags and tea bags. If I had any complaint at all it would be there was no milk portions or coffee whitener. That’s incidental. Nice landlord. We will book again with no hesitation »

« Grate location and facilities. Had to call to get checkin details. Great instruction to find key pick up lication..not so great instructions to find apartment »

« The only drama i had was the no signage on the lifts. As the carpart was large and with more than 1 lift It took a bit to work out. »

« Excellent 1 bedroom unit with views of the lake and local dining precinct. Onsite parking was a bonus. Local dining options were great along with Old Depot Markets and Glassworks. Unit had everything and more that you need for a a week long stay. Would recommend and will stay there again. »

« The apartment was immaculate, had a nice view and was well equipped. The building amenities were great and the location was very convenient. All of that and well priced. Excellent value!! »

« Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment. »
