I do not recommend this location. There is really no communication. First it is challenging to drive to and there really isn't parking. I received an email saying to contact them if i would like their parking and zero response. The only parking i could find was much further than you would want to park and then go up a large hill to get to the room. I did go in the room and it is dark and depressing and just a no. I literally just put the key back in the lockbox and left.
I contacted them using the email that I had for them, to let them know that i would not be staying in the room. The room was booked for 2 nights, I emailed them understanding that refunding that night was likely out of the question, but did request a refund for the second night. No response again. Then I got an email from them stating that i needed to pay an overnight fee. I responded that i never even stayed in the room and that I had requested a refund. Again, no response. Ultimately, I walked out and booked a different hotel. Avoid this place.
