VERY Private Hilltop Hacienda with Spectacular 360 Degree Views

Imagine yourself on our VERY peaceful one acre, totally private and serene sanctuary nestled on a hilltop in the middle of the desert near the Saguaro National Park…. yet only five miles from the freeway or bike path. Our amazing backyard offers a totally private and tranquil setting with breathtaking views in EVERY direction where you will be surrounded by nature. You will be part of the true desert experience with animals passing through and coyotes serenading you are night as you enjoy the best sunsets ever.

Our backyard is a haven for relaxation and fun with our sparkling pebble tech pool and spa for cooling off or soaking up the sun. Adjacent to the pool is a cabana for shade, an outdoor bar for enjoying drinks, and an outdoor TV that you can enjoy from the pool. If you are looking for a little something to do, enjoy a game of darts, horseshoes, or a nap in our hammock under the treehouse. In the cooler months the pool can be heated for an additional charge.

For larger gatherings, we have three separate outdoor seating areas in the backyard and other in the front yard, two chaise lounges, two umbrellas, a gas grill, outdoor heater and fire pit.

For the kids, we have created a haven of entertainment. They can explore our three- level tree house, complete with monkey bars, a slide and a rock wall for climbing adventures. If that isn’t enough, we have plenty of sand toys to enjoy in our poolside sand box or they can get their jump-on on our trampoline. There are also plenty of outdoor and pool toys for hours of fun. Inside, the kids can enjoy a fully stocked game cabinet, toys, magnetic darts, a foosball table and vintage arcade game all in the extra large third “kids” bedroom.

Our indoor living space offers a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere with two separate living rooms. You will find three cozy couches where you can relax and unwind. For the ultimate relaxation, we have a double recliner where you can kick back and catch up on your favorite shows or sporting events on the 75’ TV with the top tier cable package.

One of the highlights of our indoor living space is a massive picture window overlooking the front yard, showcasing our beautiful desert-scape, mountains and wildlife. Enjoy your favorite concoction at our dry bar or a snow cone from our snow cone machine. Our extra large dining table is located in the center of our open concept home where you will enjoy memorable meals with your loved ones.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all spices, paper products, coffee, dish ware, cooking supplies you could ever need. All appliances are new, including the refrigerator that provides crushed or cubed ice from the door. Enjoy a conversation with the chef from the breakfast bar or bistro table while enjoying the breathtaking view from the kitchen picture window. You will also find a fully stocked laundry room with a new washer and dryer.

Our large master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress you may ever experience, our guests comment. It is a brand new hybrid memory foam adjustable king size piece of heaven. Watch the 70 inch TV or nature through the sliding glass door from bed. You will also find our large walk in closet and en suite very accommodating. An oversized bathtub makes it easy to bathe the little ones.

You will find the second full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The walk-in shower is easy to maneuver with just a two-inch step up for entry.

The bright and cheery second bedroom also offers a very comfortable queen size adjustable mattress and, as in all three bedroom, offers a ceiling fan for great air flow.

The third bedroom is extra large and comes complete with a queen size bed below a bunk bed over-top. The kids nook has a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space if needed. The kids will have a blast with their own TV, magnetic dart board, foosball table, arcade game and toy closet. Our guests comment that their kids never want to leave.

For your little ones, we have dish ware, a pack-n-play with a “real” mattress, changing table and more, high chair, infant toys, infant, toddler and kids life jackets.

Fur babies are welcome. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them. We have toys, treats and a bed for them too!!

For those who need to catch up on work or need to stay connected, you will find a Sante Fe style desk overlooking the backyard and a 1400+ speed internet connection. When your work is done, the well known Sweetwater Trailhead is a short walk away and nothing short of spectacular.
