This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boasts indoor/outdoor living and showcases stunning mountain views! It’s the PERFECT oasis in the Desert.

Our spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and features premium amenities and indoor / outdoor living.

The resort-style backyard features an expansive, multi-level patio complete with an outdoor projector for movie nights, a hot tub, a pool (which can be heated) and a fire pit for ultimate relaxation. For those seeking activities there is a sport court for pickleball and basketball, corn hole, and a barbecue for the grillmaster in your group. Note: The pickleball court is not quite regulation size.

Indoor amenities include a game room (complete with a pool table, arcade games, a gas fireplace and poker chips) 7 beds, a full kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, a desk/workspace, and family-friendly necessities such as a pack & play, high chair, kids dish ware and utensils, a bottle warmer, and children’s games.

Conveniently located 5 minutes from scenic hiking, biking and stargazing in Sabino Canyon, and 20 minutes from historic downtown Tucson’s vibrant food and nightlife scene and the University of Arizona. Not to mention the numerous golf courses and resorts nearby.

When you arrive at the property, you will need to enter the key code provided for the smart lock. This should’ve been sent to you shortly before arriving.

As you enter the house, there is a comfortable living room straight ahead with a 65” smart TV and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the backyard and the Catalina Mountains. Also with views of the backyard is the dining room with seating for 8 next to the living room. On your left you’ll find a hall with a half bath, and access to the master bedroom. To your right, you’ll find will find the breakfast nook and the kitchen, with a hallway to the laundry room and side door with backyard access. Also accessible from the front door is a staircase leading down to the game room, the four downstairs bedrooms and two downstairs bathrooms.

In the game room downstairs, you’ll find another 65” smart TV, a fireplace, a pool table, arcade games and a shelf full of board games and puzzles. There is also a sink and a mini-fridge in the wet bar behind the couch. From the game room you can follow the hallway to the four downstairs bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, or you can head out through one of the two sliding doors to the backyard where you’re greeted by comfortable covered patio living area with a projector, and a grill tucked off to the right. Stepping further out onto the expansive patio you’ll notice the breathtaking views which you can enjoy from all over the yard, beginning with the hot tub and seating along the wall to the left. Next you’ll find lounge seating straight ahead overlooking the gated pool, and off to the right is a path leading to the fire pit and sport court.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 is the upstairs Master bedroom and features 2 queen beds, a 50 inch Roku smart TV, 2 Queen Beds, and views of the Catalina Mountains and the backyard.

Bedroom #2 and #3 have Cactus and Aztec themes, and both feature king beds and large closets, as well as views of the Catalina Mountains and the backyard.

Bedroom #4 features a Native American theme, a queen bed, a closet, and views of the Catalina Mountains and the backyard.

Bedroom #5 is the Cowboy-themed room, with two full beds, wall-mounted lamps w/ charging stations, and a closet.

Bathrooms:
There are two upstairs bathrooms. The first is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom complete with jacuzzi soaking tub, standalone shower and dual vanities. The second is a half bathroom off the living room.

Downstairs, there are two full bathrooms shared by the four downstairs bedrooms, one with a shower, and one with a bath/shower.

The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, appliances, cookware, knives, spices, olive oil, and a complimentary starter basket with K-cups, black and herbal teas, cream, sugar and popcorn.

Technology: There is an electric fireplace in the game room with a remote. Enjoy 3 Smart TV's including the living room, the game room and the master bedroom. There is a projector and screen with a Roku Stick just outside the sliding doors to the patio. All TV's are Roku Smart TVs. The projector and TVs feature access to apps like Youtube TV for live channel streaming as well as NETFLIX, Hulu and Disney+ (you’ll have to use the Roku Stick to stream certain apps to the projector, due to copyright restrictions). There are two smart thermostats controlling upstairs and downstairs temperature separately, and a smart lock which you’ll be given a code to before arrival and which will expire after checkout.

**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:
The pool can be heated for an additional $60 per day Please make sure to pre-request pool 48 hours ahead of time as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to 85 degree temperature. Pool heating requires a 2 day minimum for heating and those days must be consecutive. Hot tub should be turned on several hours before use to enjoy at the right temperature.
