Welcome to your home away from home! This modern, spacious 4-bed, 2-bath located in a North West, family-friendly neighborhood in Tucson has everything you need to relax with family and friends. The open-floor plan is perfect for gathering to cook, eat, play board games. Cozy up for some movies on the huge sectional and 75inch tv equipped with surround sound speakers. Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts, morning coffee, and views of the mountain and the biking/hiking path.

The bright, charming, open, single-story 4-bedroom house is located in the quiet, family-friendly North West Neighborhood in Marana/Tucson. It overlooks the desert with views of the mountains and a biking/hiking/walking path right in the back yard--perfect for active families and snowbirds!

2 LIVING SPACES:
You`ll walk into a bright, open foyer with high ceilings that carry throughout the entire house. Head straight to the first, living area and cozy up near the beautiful fireplace. Continue straight and enter the huge, open-floor living, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a huge sectional couch that could comfortable seat everyone in your group for movies or tv on the 75-inch smart tv with an adjustable mount and surround-sound system.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is perfect for cooking large family meals, especially on the holidays. It is stocked with all the essentials and, of course, plenty of coffee! Grab a seat to enjoy meals at the dining table or on the breakfast bar!

4 BEDROOMS:
Off the large living area, you`ll find the huge master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private access to the backyard, beautiful bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and large walk-in closet. This room is equipped with a 50-inch smart tv with an adjustable mount.

On the other side of the house, you`ll find an additional king-sized bedroom and two queen-sized bedrooms. All bedrooms have closets and refurbished, hand-painted hardwood furniture.

2 BATHROOMS:
There are two full-sized bathrooms stocked with all the essentials for your stay. One is located in the master bedroom and the other is between the other bedrooms.

BACKYARD w MOUNTAIN VIEWS AND BIKE PATH:
Step outside to the back yard with views of the mountains to enjoy morning sunrise coffees and family sunset dinners on the patio table.

LINENS:
I take a lot of pride in staging the house so it feels like you`re entering into a spa or a very nice hotel. There`s bright, white linens and expensive, spa towels in all rooms and tons of extras in the linen closet. I want you to enter and have that woooosah feeling. :)

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage (until further notice). I plan to open the garage to guests very soon, so please let me know if you would like garage access or have an electric vehicle because I do have a charger and may be able to provide access to the garage upon advanced notice!

I live here in Tucson and I am here for guests. Unlike many hosts, I handle most of the things, including cleanings, by myself. I will send information before, during and near the end of a stay. Beyond that, I am happy to interact as much or as little as my guests prefer. Guests should feel comfortable reaching out at any time with questions or concerns--whether they are airbnb related or guests just want to know the best places to hike or grab a bite to eat. While I try to provide guests with all they need to have a great stay, I`m just a quick drive away to support them in any way needed.

It`s super important to me that the neighbors peaceful enjoyment of their own homes is respected. Therefore, parties and gatherings are not allowed.

Please note that the house is available for 8 guests maximum. Occasionally, with advanced request, I may allow for additional guests beyond 8, visitors or small gatherings from guests who communicate ahead of time. Those requests must be approved before hand.

If additional guests arrive at the house without approval, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied.
