GUEST ACCESS During your stay you'll have the entire, clean studio space to yourself. The property is a duplex with another unit on the North side of the building and the backyard is shared. There is ample free street parking right in front of the house.

HOUSE RULES ---------------------- If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules: - We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out. - No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily. - All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. - As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. - No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. - 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.
