The stunning panoramic vista takes in the Santa Rita Mountains and sweeps down the Santa Cruz Valley, all the way to the Tumacacori range. A charming courtyard greets our guests and leads to the rustic turquoise front door. Comprising over 2,000 square feet on a single level with 2 bedrooms plus a large den, a dining room that seats 6 plus a separate breakfast nook, this light-filled home with southern exposure does not disappoint.

Both full bathrooms have been professionally designed and beautifully remodeled. Gorgeous porcelain tile floors run continuously throughout the home except for the bedrooms, which have newer plush carpet. The kitchen has extensive sunset views with palm trees and Italian cypress dotting the landscape, and has been recently upgraded with new stainless steel appliances, sink, faucet, and a lovely Mexican tile backsplash. The gas log fireplace provides cozy warmth on chilly evenings and our guests can indulge themselves with a Sharper Image massage chair in the living room. There is a new washer and dryer and a 2-car garage. A newer HVAC system and ceiling fans in most of the rooms ensure our guests' comfort.

The primary suite has a California King-sized bed, side tables with lamps, a vanity, armoire, dresser, and large walk-in closet. The spa-like bath features a luxurious whirlpool soaking tub, dual sinks and curbless shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, nightstands with lamps, desk space and a private covered patio. The adjacent bathroom is stylishly sleek and modern. The extensive covered patio areas and sun-filled terrace are outfitted with an array of comfortable seating, including a pair of chaise lounges with Sunbrella cushions. Most anything one could need is provided, from dishes, glasses and pots & pans, to towels and linens, to a variety of games. This is a non-smoking property, indoors and outside.
