There are 2 reserved covered parking spots along with additional free parking onsite if needed. From here you're just minutes to local grocery stores, retail shops, breweries, museums, parks, and the vibrant city center. This condo is full of charm not to be missed. Perfect for couples and solo travelers who may want some extra space, this peaceful condo is on the east side of Tucson has everything you need for a safe, extended stay surrounded by Southwest charm and the aura of the Sonoran desert.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -------------------------------------- - Please note: This condo is available for 30+ night stays only. - Please Note: We require a $250 security deposit for guests with pets. This deposit will be fully refunded post-checkout, provided our cleaners confirm no property damage. - Longer-term stays may be permitted on a case-by-case per guest & host agreement.
HOUSE RULES ---------------------- If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules: - We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out. - No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily. - All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. - We require a $250 security deposit for guests with pets. This deposit will be fully refunded post-checkout, provided our cleaners confirm no property damage. - No smoking or vaping of any kind (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. - We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products - You have one designated parking spot available. There are also a couple of clearly marked guest parking spaces for use. Please do not park in any other spaces or your vehicle may be towed at your expense. - No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. - 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.
