« The place is not at all clean dust everywhere, insects in the bathroom, a broken bathroom door, the linen had stains and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while, the general smell is not pleasant, as you walk in there is a dirty towel at the door for shoe wiping instead of a ma, the bathroom is filthy with grime and a disgusting drain. « We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

"C'était un sejour merveilleux!! Le confort absolu de la chambre et le service impeccable de l'ensemble du personnel !! Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. On a une vue imprenable sur pretoria et l'union building depuis la terrasse depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Dans un quartier très calme mais pas besoin de sortir le soir , le restaurant propose une splendide carte avec des mets savoureux et de très bon cocktails ! "

"Hôtel où j'ai déjà séjourné, tout y est très bien du personnel accueillant, restauration très bien, bonne ambiance au bar, seul bémol, les chambres Un peu vieillottes et mal insonorisées. A part ça, très bon séjour, je recommande car bien placé en ville en plus."
