Despite its central location, the cabin enjoys a peaceful and private setting at the end of a **quiet cul-de-sac**, making it particularly well suited for families who want to be close to the action while still having their own calm mountain retreat.

The cabin features **spacious terraces at both the front and back**, allowing you to follow the sun throughout the day—from your morning coffee outdoors to relaxing in the afternoon and early evening after a day on the mountain.

- Please take care of the property, furniture and equipment.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please follow all instructions regarding fireplaces, heating and other equipment in the cabin.
- Any damage or problems should be reported to us as soon as possible.
- Before departure, please follow the checkout instructions provided in the guest app.
