We had a problem with the window not latching (we were on the ground level, so not safe) and she moved us to another room. I asked about a nearby restaurant and commented that I wanted something special because it was my husband’s birthday, and when we came back from dinner, she had a little goodie bag for him … with travel snacks, etc. So thoughtful! « Nice big room but they didn't provide enough clothes hangers and there is no elevator so dragging a big suitcase upstairs was a pain. Housekeeping was great. Front desk not so much »
