Tahoe Donner Golf, Snow, and summer retreat, sitting on a beautiful piece of property filled with tall pines and Tahoe Donner's golf course behind it. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful wooded views, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional,  and a large and warm fireplace between the kitchen and living room. The dining room and kitchen island have plenty of seating for the family and the rooms are equipped with 9 different beds, including a bunk bed set, which the kids just love. There is a foosball table in the loft and several TV's throughout the home for your enjoyment. Golf, hiking, mountain biking and more in the summer and cross country and downhill skiing, snow shoeing, and the like in the winter. Close proximity to Tahoe Donner's ski resort as well as easy access to Northstar California, Palisades Tahoe, Boreal, and a few other resorts. Also easy access to downtown Truckee for restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

The home sleeps up to 10 adults (plus additional children under 7 years old) MAX, making our home a perfect destination home for small company retreats / golf outings, multi family groups families, and friends.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with gas range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large stone fireplace separates the kitchen and large great room, enjoyable from both sides, and the large granite island is great for extra seating and entertaining.
The large dining table sits up to 10 (with extra seating at the island) and is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal. There is also a high chair if needed.

BEDROOMS:
4 total bedrooms, including a master suite:
Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a queen bed and Pack-n-Play for the little ones, and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Upper level): Queen bed, TV
Bedroom 3 (Lower level): Queen bed, TV
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Two twin over full bunkbed sets, with twin trundle beds, for a total of six beds. Wonderful for kids!
*Note, the top bunks have a 100lb weight limit. The lower beds and trundles can sleep greater than 100lbs.

BATHROOMS:
3 full bathrooms, with one full bath on the main level, and the other two on the upper level, including the master en suite, and a shared bathroom in the hallway.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 10 adults (plus children under 7 years old) MAX
* 6 cars MAX - No exception. Two in garage and four in driveway. No street parking is allowed.
* The hot tub is shared at, Trout Creek Rec Center, with a small fee to use
* Please shut off exterior lights at dark, when not using
* Most resort amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $20 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
