Well-equipped, pet friendly, and perfectly located for skiing, cross-country, hiking, boating, and more. Fireplace, TV in every room, 9 beds including bunk beds, 2 living areas, large main living area, peaceful backyard, well equipped kitchen, and community hot tub and pools.



The Space:

We have 4 bedrooms between 2 levels, with 2.5 full bathrooms, making the home ideal for a larger family, 2-4 family groups, and retreats. We're allowed up to 10 guests (plus up to 5 additional children under 13 years old, for a total of 15 guests with the extra kids included).

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.

There is plenty of counter space and barstool / island seating for 4, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table.



BEDROOMS:

The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (upper level): The primary suite includes a Queen bed, smart 55" HDTV

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, 50" smart HDTV

Bedroom 3 (Lower level): 2 queen bunk sets / 4 queen beds total, 43" smart HDTV

Bedroom 4 (lower level): twin-over-full bunk bed, and a futon sleeper sofa, 65"smart HDTV



BATHROOMS:

We have 2 full and one half bathrooms



BACKYARD:

* Large wooded yard, full of pines and no homes directly behind the home

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property, except for a locked owner's closet. Guest access to Tahoe Donner private amenities available, with guest passes and nominal fee.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Tahoe Donner, our cabin offers the perfect mountain escape with easy access to year round adventure. You are ideally located just three miles from both the downhill and cross country ski areas and a short two and a half mile drive from the local golf course. For a taste of local culture, historic downtown Truckee is only four miles away, offering a variety of charming shops and excellent dining options. Nature lovers will appreciate being just three miles from the scenic Donner Memorial State Park, while world class skiing at Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe is within a short drive. A grocery store is conveniently located three miles away for all your needs. Guests also have access to fantastic resort amenities including a fitness center, swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, available for an additional fee.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is best for getting around Tahoe Donner and Truckee. We provide a two car garage and driveway space for two additional vehicles (4 total permitted), but street parking is prohibited. The Reno Tahoe International Airport is about forty five minutes away. During winter, we recommend a four wheel drive vehicle or tire chains for safe travel on mountain roads.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.
