Featuring soaring ceilings, cozy living spaces, and updated appliances, you will have everything you need here regardless of the season. Prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped galley kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, dine together at the adjacent table for six, or kick back and relax by the fireplace while you watch a favorite TV show or movie in the living area. This home also features a furnished deck offering forest views.

Located seven miles southeast of downtown Truckee, Northstar offers year-round attractions with premier skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as well as hiking, biking, golf, and a scenic gondola during the summer months. At this charming hideaway, you'll enjoy easy access to the slopes as well as access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

And if you want to play in or on the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe, this vacation rental is just eight miles from the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and Boat Launch and nearby Kings Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
