The space
Welcome to your mountain escape—just a 5-minute walk to Northstar Village! Ride the gondola to epic hiking and biking trails, then cool off at Lake Tahoe (just 12 mins away). After a day of sun and adventure, unwind on the deck, dip in the pool or hot tub (small fee), and enjoy all the comforts of our cozy retreat.

Guest access:
Enjoy full private access to the condo. You’ll also have access to the resort’s shared amenities—including the pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna—for just $10 per guest. Parking is free and easy, and check-in is completely self-service.

Other things to note:
You’re staying in a home, not a hotel—please treat it with care. We’re always available if you need anything. A $500 refundable security deposit may be requested from new guests without reviews. Resort amenities like the pool and hot tub are available for a small additional fee.

○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bedroom.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ $50 Will be charged for a lost rec center pass
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in
